A wonderful afternoon at the Flow Brew & Dine at DLF Avenue, Saket, New Delhi
Located at a bustling spot in Delhi's dining scene, Flow Brew & Dine isn't your average restaurant—it's a place where food and drink come together in a truly creative way. I recently had the pleasure of exploring this gem with a friend, Prerna who loves beer just as much as I love good food, and we had an absolute blast!
We were dazzled by Flow's shiny steel tiles and warm wooden accents as soon as we walked in. The place is beautifully designed, has a cozy feel and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The massive 50-foot bar, decked out with steel beer drums, instantly excited Prerna to try their handcrafted beers.
Flow takes its brewing seriously. They've got a microbrewery that churns out some seriously cool beers using top-notch malts from Germany.
The highlight is the Mango Lager—it had this tropical twist that was so refreshing, perfect for a sunny afternoon.
While Prerna was busy sipping away, I dove into the food menu curated by Chef Ruchira Hoon, a friend whom I must congratulate on this feat.
The menu is a treat, offering the right dishes from the right cuisines- food not just for the beer drinkers but also for the ones who are there for only eating.
We started with some appetisers and small plates, their dimsum was delicious. Each bite was packed with flavour.
Loved the Podi Idli Fries—a crunchy take on Indian street food that was just genius—and the Litchi Wonton Cups that mixed sweet litchis with savoury flavours in a way that made my taste buds dance.
Looking ahead, Flow is aiming to lead Delhi's beer scene with its big microbrewery setup. It's not just about the beer though; Flow is also setting itself up to be a go-to spot for lazy brunches or lively evening hangouts.
Whether you're a beer buff or just someone who loves good eats, Flow Brew & Dine promises an experience that's all about flavour, style, and a fresh take on dining out.
