Keeping the brand ideology of zero wastage alive, Label NITYA BAJAJ contributed to this fight against the pandemic in their own way.
The designer, Nitya Bajaj Birla led the team to use available resources and support the 'Make in India ' campaign thereby using the fabric scraps and excess into making facemasks that were environment friendly, breathable, washable and reusable.
The masks were made for adults and Children supporting the government to meet the shortage of medical equipment for the professionals. These masks were donated all over India to workers, safai karamcharis, women and children.All costs of production were borne by NITYA Bajaj as a contribution to this fight against the pandemic.
The Ministry of small and Medium enterprise helped the brand get the working permissions and certificate of approvals. The ministry in the presence of Honorable Shri Nitin Gadkari ji also awarded the brand for its exceptional work during the pandemic.
A lot of funds were also contributed to the #healmealsbynityabajaj campaign where home cooked meals were sent to the affected through contactless delivery by vaccinated staff members.

All meals were cooked at home re-utilising home ware and available resources.
Nitya was awarded the Iconic Achiever award by singer Leslie Lewis in Mumbai for the same.
